No Child Left Behind.

In the good ol' God fearing, morally superior United States, we certainly love our children. It's starting to appear that we love them a little too much.

The following is some stories from the most Christian nation on the planet.

Keeping the homeland secure.

MIAMI - The deputy press
secretary for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
was arrested Tuesday
for using the Internet to seduce what he thought was a teenage girl, authorities
said.
Brian J. Doyle, 55, was arrested at his residence in Maryland on
charges of use of a computer to seduce a child and transmission of harmful
material to a minor. The charges were issued out of Polk County, Fla.
On several occasions, Doyle instructed the girl to perform a sexual act
while thinking of him and described explicit activities he wanted to have with
her, investigators said.

Fighting fire with fire.

TAMPA - When an Orlando mall security officer responded to a complaint about a
man exposing himself to a girl in the food court, the suspect hurried out of the
mall and ran through the parking lot.
The suspect was Frank Figueroa, then one of Florida's
highest-ranking federal law enforcement officers and the former head of a
national program formed to target child sex predators
. Since his Oct. 25
arrest at The Mall at Millenia, Figueroa has been suspended from his post as the
special agent in charge of the Tampa office of Immigration and Customs
Enforcement, the law enforcement arm of the Department of Homeland Security.

Bangkok south.

A "john" could even pre-book the pretty young blonde for $1,000 a night,
sometimes flying in and then flying out from a nearby airport.
None of this
happened in Bangkok or Costa Rica, places that have become synonymous with sex
tourism and underage sex.
It took place in Atlanta, the buckle of
the U.S. Bible Belt
, where the world's busiest passenger airport provides a
cheaper, more convenient and safer underage sex destination for men seeking
girls as young as 10.

While it could be argued the above involved people with a problem they couldn't control, the following, not about sex, may be just as egregious. Representative Curt Weldon R-Scumbag-PA is exploiting his opponent's four year old daughter for his own political ends.

WASHINGTON - The Democratic challenger to Rep.
Curt Weldon
said Wednesday that any criticism of his family's decisions on
medical treatment for his 4-year-old daughter, stricken with a malignant brain
tumor, was unacceptable.
"Any remarks regarding my daughter Alexandria's
treatment will not be tolerated," Joe Sestak said. His daughter is being treated
at Children's Hospital in Washington.
A story published Wednesday in The Hill
said Weldon, R-Pa., suggested in an interview that Sestak should have sent his
daughter to a hospital in Philadelphia or Delaware instead of one in
Washington.

  1. Well in my humble opinion there is no punishment in existance is bad enough for this type person....... In this case he was talking to a deputy.....I am confident they will find out there has been young girls that he has spoken too...Instead of Deputies.....In this case there has been many lives disrupted and in some cases destroyed....Exploiting a child is beyond sick....

I did not mean that Conservatives are generally stupid; I meant, that stupid persons are generally Conservative. I believe that to be so obvious and undeniable a fact that I hardly think any hon. Gentleman will question it.
